DataPoint International, a New Orleans, Louisiana based data and analytics company, has created a practical and efficient, all-in-one and standardized web-based tenant sales reporting platform – EXETER™ Retail DataHub. The EXETER™ platform offers a secure and easy web-based portal that solves the 50-year-old challenge of reporting tenant retail sales data.

Kenneth S. Lamy
Founder, President and CEO
Kenneth S. Lamy, CRRP, CRX, has combined his 30+ years of deep experience in CRE Retail real estate industry as a global subject matter expert on retail leases, including rent, sales analysis, revenue / data verification, tenant sales audits, analytics, restaurant and compliance / specialty examinations with hundreds of clients who experience his value added professional services to create EXETER™ Retail DataHub. EXETER™ is a natural extension and progression of Ken’s tenure and collaboration with industry leaders. Clients include owners, developers, managers, REITs, realty advisors and institutional investors throughout the United States and Canada (Thousands of assets: 1 Billion+ SF of GLA).
Mr. Lamy has attained two of ICSC’s highest credential designations: Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) charter class and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX). ICSC roles: Co-chair CRRP global admissions and governing committee, Ambassador, State officer, featured speaker ICSC RECon, U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference, other ICSC conferences and faculty member ICSC schools. In 2004, Lamy received the prestigious ICSC Trustee Distinguished Service Award for meritorious service.
Board, volunteer and speaker roles include: International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. Lamy is a graduate of Tulane University, Freeman School of Business (MBA) and St. Edward’s University (Magna Cum Laude).
Joshua P. Grippo

Joshua is a passionate leader that leverages 25 years of practical software engineering experience while helping clients understand and solve their business challenges, through purpose driven applications. As CEO at Radolo, Joshua has used his unique blend of passion and experience to create a team that understands how to design and deliver enterprise grade software.
Career Path: Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Consultant, Senior Manager (Deloitte), CEO and now Chief Technology Officer

Robert L. Thatcher
SVP of Business Development & Operations
Thatcher brings 25+ years of retail real estate experience: On-site General Management & Director of Leasing (Multiple properties) duties including P&L responsibilities, Staff Management, Tenant, Government & Media Relations. 100+ leasing transactions/annum, RETax Appeals & Asset Management. He was an early advisor to DataPoint International (EXETER™ Retail DataHub)
Thatcher has attained all six (6) professional certifications (CRRP, CRX, CSM, CLS, CMD, CDP) conferred by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC.org). He received the ICSC Trustees’ Distinguished Service Award for Meritorious Service in 2017. He remains an ICSC Ambassador, past Chairman, ICSC Central Division Government Relations Committee (13 states), past Indiana GR Chair & Operations Chair and an International Faculty Member of the ICSC John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals and RECon Academy teaching Accounting, Budgets, Lease Administration and Basics of Operations to maximize Net Operating Income.
He holds Independent Real Estate Broker Licenses in Indiana and Michigan; and is a “qualified” State Certified General Appraiser. He earned a Bachelor Degree from Bethel University.
